Did You Know?

Your Fire Risk Assessment needs to meet the requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, effective from 1st October 2006. Also you are responsible for ensuring a 'competent person' undertakes a 'suitable and sufficient' FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT to ensure your premises meets legislative requirements.

An employer with 5 or more employee's must produce a written statement of their general Health & Safety Policy to include:

Changes to RIDDOR Reporting

Did You Know?


The absence from work qualifying period for RIDDOR reporting from the 1st of April 2012 is now 7 days albeit records in excess of 3 days absense due to injury still need to be maintained.
