The responsibility of fire safety is that of the owner/occupier of the premises. This is acheived by carrying out a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment in compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
We carry out Fire Risk Assessments on private, public, commerical and industrial buildings. All business premises are required by law, to have a valid fire risk assessment that complies with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Our assessments are carried out to meet these requirements.
The Fire Risk Assessment consists of a fire safety audit of your current fire protection measures and fire safety arrangements. Significant findings result in an action plan to rectify any fire safety issues that have been identified through the fire risk assessment and fire safety audit process.
When quoting, prices are based on; the size (number of floors/staircases etc.), occupation (number of employees, visitors and members of the public), building fabric and business activity to be assessed.
Our fire risk assessor is registered with the Institute of Fire Engineers.
