Health & Safety Management for Non H&S Managers Training

Course Aims

To introduce non Health and Safety managers and supervisors to The Health and Safety At Work Act 1974, The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and explain how compliance can be achieved by providing the skills and knowledge to meet the legislative requirements.

The course will provide all delegates with the necessary knowledge about their responsibilities under the Act – and will provide practical guidance on how compliance can be achieved efficiently and effectively.

This presentation introduces the “Successful Health and Safety Management guide (HSG 65) which explains principles and management practices; sets out the issues to be addressed and can be used as a valuable tool in improving health and safety programmes.
